Abrasive blasting is the easiest way to clean surfaces.

Glassbead blasting

Glassbead blasting is generally used to smoothen lightmetal surfaces.

Wood blasting

Wood blasting is a unique operation, because the material is much softer than most of metals. We use abrasive blasting on wooden surfaces if there is no way to grind, or if the shape is too big and complex.

The technology

Abrasive blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface, or remove surface contaminants like rust, or old paint. We use compressed air to to propel the media. With this technology we can restorate almost every surface, such as iron, aluminium, copper, brass, wood or even stone.

Our workshop's well equipped cabinet section receives compressed air from high performance axial compressors, which can provide 220psi of continuous pressure. The media we use is mainly silica sand, which can be used as a type of mineral abrasive. For mild treatment soft media is also available - glassbead, fruit kernels, etc. barazgergo@hotmail.com - 06-70-322-4481
